We care about you looking your best, and our priority is your satisfaction.
An exchange can be requested within the 7 days following delivery. All exchanges require authorization by one of our customer service representatives.
Custom or sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

Return for Refund
A return for refund can be requested within the 7 days following delivery. All returns require authorization by one of our customer service representatives. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns will be refused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have a special event or deadline that you need your garments buy, such requests need to be expressed to us prior to the purchase of the item. Sebastian Cruz Couture is not liable for meeting a deadline that was not expressed to us prior to a purchase.
All garments are made to order, with some even being hand finished in-house. It is because of this unique aspect that we have different policies in place.
All garments must be unwashed or unworn when they are received at our headquarters and require preauthorization by one of our customer service representatives.
We will accept exchanges of equal price on garments within the 7 days following delivery.
We will conditionally accept refunds on garments, but a 20% restocking fee will be issued that will serve as an online store credit. Refunds must be requested within the 7 days following delivery. For exchanges, there will be a 20% restocking fee from the retail price. This restocking fee will be void if Sebastian Cruz Couture is at fault my means of sending the wrong size, or item after proof via email is provided.
If you experience any fitment issues with your garments, such issues need to be communicated to Sebastian Cruz Couture within the 7 days following delivery.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on orders that are part of a promotion/received discount or used a promo code to complete the purchase.
